It is our wish for you to be satisfied with all Dame orders. Our products are made to last for years to come. As a boutique sustainable line, we practice a made-to-order production policy. This practice helps us reduce waste and our overall impact on the environment. With that said, we ask that any returns be made within 14 days or less from the date you received your items.
Sale items are final sale and may not be restocked or exchanged for another item.
Returns for fully-priced items may include: refunds, exchanges for another item, or store credit.
If you choose to request a refund, we are only permitted to provide a refund to the credit card used during your transaction. Please keep in mind payment refunds may take up to 4-5 business days to process.
If you are interested in exchanging an item for a different size, color, or style you may do so as well.
Please allow the Dame team 48 hours to process all return/exchange requests.
We offer free shipping on all orders including returns so if you are returning or exchanging clothes we will send you an RA label so your return shipping fees are costless.
